Meet Shari

Welcome! I'm Shari, a wife, a mom of three, a former middle school teacher and now a certified health coach. I became a health coach to help others figure out how to eat to feel their best and avoid chronic disease. My family’s diet has changed quite a bit in the last 7 or 8 years which has resulted in a fitter, happier life for us all. I am excited to share all I have learned and help you put new healthy habits in place for you and your family so you can also live a happy, healthy life!

Meet April

I am a mom, wife and also a former teacher. My journey with food started out rocky. I was an extremely picky eater in my childhood, and I struggled with being overweight. It wasn’t until my junior year of college, that I realized I needed to make a change. I decided to cut out all processed foods and started running. As I became more interested in cooking healthy, I decided to quit my teaching job and moved across the country to attend culinary school in Arizona. Shortly after culinary school, I got married, moved back to the east coast to start a family and went back to teaching. Fast forward 10 years, 4 moves, 2 kids and several job changes, I have finally found a way to combine all my passions and am excited to share them with you!
